Our warehouse is in Whitby, Ontario. Delivery is free from the GTA all the way to Kingston. Outside that route, we deliver literally anywhere for a modest fee to cover gas and time.

It depends on where you are. We often deliver the same day or within a couple of days, and we can always get your couch to you within a week at most. Location is the biggest factor, so just text us your address and we'll give you a real delivery window.

Yes, every sectional is pre-owned, but we only buy quality pieces from Ashley, Structube, Rove Concepts, Restoration Hardware, Mobilia, Chesterfield Shop, Leon's, various other stores and custom builds. Everything is deep-cleaned and prepped in our shop before being listed.

Commercial upholstery shampooers, steam extractors, and fabric-safe disinfectants. Cushions come off, seams get scrubbed, and everything is properly dried so it's perfect for you.

Some sectionals are truly like-new. Most have a small quirk or two, a faint mark, a soft cushion, or some leather patina. That's the trade-off for paying a fraction of retail. At times there may be more wear, but very imperfection is photographed and noted on the listing so there are no surprises.

Most refurbished sectionals sell for a fraction of retail. Often 40–70% off the original price or more. Each listing shows both our price and the original retail price if applicable so you can see the savings.
