Buying used furniture can feel risky. It shouldn't be. Here's exactly what happens between us finding a couch and you sitting on it.

    We drive. A lot.

    We're on the road across Southern Ontario every week: Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Kingston, cottage country. That's why we can find couches nobody else can. We're the ones willing to make the drive.

    We buy from the right people.

    Our network is stagers, real estate agents, and renovators. They constantly have gorgeous, barely-used furniture they need gone fast so the next project can start. That's where the deals come from, not pieces off the street.

  3. 03

    Everything comes to our small warehouse.

    Nothing goes direct to a buyer. Every couch, every single one, comes back to our shop first for full inspection, cleaning, and refurb.

  4. 04

    Deep clean.

    Commercial upholstery shampooers. Steam extractors. Fabric-safe disinfectants. Cushions come off, seams get scrubbed, everything gets dried properly so nothing warps or smells.

  5. 05

    Repairs & honest condition notes.

    Small rips get patched. Sagging cushions get restuffed. Loose frames get re-bolted. Not everything comes out looking brand new though. Most sectionals have some minor wear, and we photograph and describe every mark clearly so the listing matches what shows up.

    Photographed & posted.

    We shoot honest photos with real lighting, all angles, every mark visible. The SMS list gets first look before anything goes live.

  7. 07

    Delivered by us.

    Free delivery from the GTA to Kingston. Usually one of us solo in the truck. We can manage most sectionals on our own, and a hand from you at the doorway is welcome when it's a tight fit. If something's not right when we arrive, we make it right.

Why we can charge far less than retail.

Retail stores pay for warehouses, storefronts, sales staff, and marketing. We don't. We buy directly, work out of one small warehouse, do the labor ourselves, and pass those savings on to you. Same quality (sometimes better) at a fraction of the price.
